B-Caryophyllene is an anti-inflammatory compound derived from many different plants including cannabis. Linalool, alongside b-Caryophyllene, may improve REM sleep which is vital for memory retention. D-3-Carene is a terpene found in a variety of plants including cannabis, basil and rosemary. D-3-Carene may help improve memory retention as, similarly to linalool, it may improve sleep and REM sleep which improves memory and focus. This is also the case for Eucalyptol oil, where studies have shown that it may increase concentration and performance on cognitive tasks. Terpinolene has been studied that it may help enhance cognitive performance along with other extracts with a higher rate of correct answers and information delivered in tests.
